VF / VFP - resin bonded anchor

The chemical anchors VF consist of a capsule containing a blend of resin, quartz, sand and special curing agent encapsulated in a small glass tube. The capsule is crushed un the hole by a vibrating anchor stud and the content mixed to form a resinous mortar. The reaction of the components binds the anchor tube becaming stronger than the surrounding base material. Important: studs must be set by a rotary hammer drilling machine. This anchor system guarantees the highest performances in solid construction materials allowing max loads without expansion stress. For this reason the system is recommended in extremely close edge distance and anchor spacing with high loads. Ideal for vibration loads. Prefixings installation. Wide range of applications.

The capsule is crushed un the hole by the impact of rebar hammered-in to the botton of the hole. Within a few minutes the reaction of the components binds the anchor tube becaming stronger than the surrounding base material. Simply and easy installation, impossible to insert the wrong way round as there is not a predefined installation direction. This anchor system guarantees the highest performances in solid construction materials allowing max loads without expansion stress.
No setting tool is required, it is sufficient a hammer.

If temperature is below -5°C warm the stud before setting. Store capsule in its box avoiding sun exposure.
